Due to the nature of our ayurvedic and herbal products, we maintain a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy for hygiene, safety, and quality reasons. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

At Balm Cart, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality ayurvedic balms and natural wellness products. Due to the personal nature of our products and to maintain strict hygiene standards, all sales are final.

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions before making a purchase. Our customer service team is always available to answer any questions you may have before you order.

No Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Hygiene & Safety: Our products are meant for personal topical use. Once shipped, we cannot resell or reuse them for health and safety reasons.
  • Product Integrity: Ayurvedic and herbal products are sensitive to storage conditions. We cannot verify the condition of returned products.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Health and wellness products have strict regulations regarding returns and resale.
  • Quality Assurance: We thoroughly inspect all products before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Before You Order - Please Note

  • Read all product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions carefully
  • Check for any known allergies to ingredients listed
  • Verify the product size, quantity, and specifications
  • Contact our customer service if you have any questions or concerns
  • Review your order carefully before confirming payment

Exceptions - Damaged or Defective Products

While we do not accept general returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. We will provide a replacement or refund ONLY in the following exceptional circumstances:

1. Damaged During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
  • Include your order number and delivery details
  • Do not open or use the damaged product

2. Manufacturing Defect

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide detailed photos showing the defect
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Include batch number and expiry date visible in the photo

3. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a different product than what you ordered:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product received vs. what was ordered
  • Keep the product unopened in original packaging
  • We will arrange for pickup and send the correct product

4. Expired or Near-Expiry Products

If you receive a product that is expired or expires within 30 days:

  • Contact us immediately upon receipt
  • Provide clear photos of the expiry date on the product
  • We will replace it with a fresh product at no cost

Claim Process for Damaged/Defective Items

To claim a replacement or refund for damaged or defective products:

  2. Provide Details: Include order number, product details, and clear photographs
  3. Verification: Our team will review your claim within 24-48 hours
  4. Approval: If approved, we'll arrange for pickup (if needed) or send a replacement
  5. Resolution: Receive your replacement within 5-7 business days or refund within 7-10 business days

Non-Claimable Situations

We cannot provide replacements or refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Ordered wrong product or quantity
  • Product not suitable for your skin type (unless allergic reaction to undisclosed ingredient)
  • Dissatisfaction with fragrance, texture, or color
  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or use
  • Claims made after the specified time period
  • Missing or insufficient proof (photos, packaging, etc.)

Cancellation Policy

Before Order Confirmation:

You can modify or cancel your order before it is confirmed and payment is processed.

After Order Confirmation:

Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled. This is because we immediately begin processing orders to ensure quick delivery.

Before Shipping:

In rare cases, if you need to cancel before shipping, contact us immediately. We'll try our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee cancellation.

After Shipping:

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, but no refund will be provided as per our no-return policy.

Refund Policy

No refunds are provided except in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong products as outlined above.

Approved Refunds:

If your claim is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Wallet: 3-5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 10-14 business days (bank details required)

Note: Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

For approved claims, we prefer to offer replacements rather than refunds to ensure you get the product you ordered. Replacements are subject to product availability.

If the same product is not available, we will offer:

  • A similar product of equal or greater value, OR
  • Store credit for the product value, OR
  • Full refund to your original payment method

Our Commitment to Quality

While we maintain a strict no-return policy, we are committed to your satisfaction:

  • All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping
  • We use secure packaging to prevent damage during transit
  • Products are stored in optimal conditions to maintain quality
  • We only ship products with adequate shelf life (minimum 6 months to expiry)
